HR Business Partner – Leading Brokerage
London | £60,000–£80,000 + benefits

This role suits an HR professional with solid financial services experience who thrives in fast-paced, commercially driven settings. Our client, a well-established and growing brokerage in the City, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their collaborative HR function and play a key role in shaping people strategy across the business.

The Role

As HR Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and front-office teams, providing strategic and operational HR support. You’ll have exposure to a broad generalist remit, including:

Partnering with managers on organisational design, workforce planning and talent development

Leading on employee relations, performance management and coaching

Supporting recruitment strategies and driving best-in-class onboarding

Working with leadership on culture, engagement and people experience initiatives

Contributing to HR projects across learning, wellbeing, DEI, and policy development

Ensuring policies and processes align with regulatory and industry standards

About You

We’re looking for an HR professional who brings:

Experience in financial services (brokerage, trading, asset management or banking preferred)

A strong generalist background with confidence managing ER matters

Ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment

A proactive mindset, high attention to detail and strong communication skills

CIPD qualification (Level 5+ desirable)
