We’re partnering with a growing, high-performing investment management firm to appoint a Head of HR — a pivotal role at the heart of the business.
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a fit-for-purpose HR function within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape and deliver a people strategy that supports growth, attracts top talent, and fosters a collaborative, high-trust culture.
The Opportunity
This is a broad and hands-on generalist role that spans the full HR lifecycle, with a clear focus on culture, engagement, and performance. You’ll be empowered to:
• Design and implement HR frameworks and policies tailored to a dynamic environment
• Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders on all people matters
• Lead initiatives across talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, performance, and employee experience
• Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture
• Bring structure and clarity to HR processes while maintaining agility and a human approach
• Work autonomously with direct access to decision-makers and the opportunity to make real impact
