Description
You’ll be part of a supportive finance team that genuinely wants you to succeed, with leadership committed to developing your career.
You’ll be stepping into a business that’s investing for the future and creating opportunities for ambitious people to progress.
With four days a week in the office (Mon–Thu) and Fridays from home, you’ll get the best of both worlds: in-person collaboration and mentorship, plus a day to focus from home.
What you’ll be doing
This is a broad and hands-on role at the centre of finance. You’ll gain exposure to both:
- Financial accounting: statutory reporting, month-end close, and working with auditors.
- Management accounting: analysis, forecasting, and supporting decision-making.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, building strong relationships and learning how a global financial services organisation operates day-to-day.
Why it might appeal to you
✅ Broad role — mix of financial accounting and forward-looking management accounting.
✅ Supportive environment — leadership want you to succeed and develop.
✅ Direct exposure to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
✅ Hybrid working pattern — Mon–Thu in the office, Fri from home.
✅ Genuine career progression in a growing firm.
