HR Business Partner – Financial Services
📍 Location: London (Hybrid)
🕓 Contract: 6–12 month FTC / Immediate Start
We’re partnering with a leading international bank seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their London team on a fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial services background and the ability to confidently partner with senior leaders in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted HR partner to senior stakeholders across the business
Lead on employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation
Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
Deliver HR initiatives aligned with business objectives and regulatory standards
Analyse people data to provide insights and drive continuous improvement
About You
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within financial services or banking
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Immediate availability or short notice period preferred
