HR Administrator – Consultancy

Fidarsi is working with a growing consutlancy based in central London who are looking for an HR Administrator to join their team.

This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure in a fast-paced, innovative consultancy/FS environment while supporting a busy HR function, team of 15. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and leavers.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
  • Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.
  • Handle HR inbox queries and provide first-line support to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR administration, preferably within financial services or professional services.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident using HR systems and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
