Description
HR Administrator – Consultancy
Fidarsi is working with a growing consutlancy based in central London who are looking for an HR Administrator to join their team.
This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure in a fast-paced, innovative consultancy/FS environment while supporting a busy HR function, team of 15.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and leavers.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.
- Handle HR inbox queries and provide first-line support to employees.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR administration, preferably within financial services or professional services.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident using HR systems and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
