Fidarsi is partnering with a highly respected Wealth Management firm to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong focus on Employee Relations.
This is a key role supporting a regulated, client-centric business area, working closely with senior leadership and acting as the ER subject matter expert.
The HRBP role includes:

Partner senior leaders within the Wealth Management division

Lead and manage complex, high-risk Employee Relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, conduct, performance, regulatory matters)

Provide pragmatic, risk-aware employment law advice

Support organisational design, restructures and change programmes

Coach and develop managers in handling ER matters effectively

Ensure governance and regulatory alignment within a financial services environment

Analyse people data and ER trends to drive proactive interventions
Ideal experience required:

Proven HRBP experience within Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, or broader Financial Services

Significant exposure to complex ER in a regulated environment

Strong working knowledge of employment law

Experience influencing and advising senior stakeholders

A balanced approach to risk, commerciality and employee experience

CIPD qualification (preferred)
