Description

Fidarsi is partnering with a high-growth, global organisation to appoint a Employee Relations Advisor supporting the Business and Technology functions.

This is a strategic role responsible for shaping and delivering the Employee Relations strategy within a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will partner closely with senior leadership while ensuring effective case management, strong governance, and a positive employee experience.

 The Role

Strategic Employee Relations Leadership

  • Lead Employee Relations support across Business and Technology functions for approximately 2,000 employees.
  • Provide strategic ER guidance to leaders across the organisation, including Executive and Senior Leadership teams, building trusted advisor relationships.
  • Develop and implement the Employee Relations strategy, enhancing performance management, continuous feedback, and values-based decision making.
  • Partner with Centres of Excellence (including Reward, People Operations and People Experience) to deliver key people initiatives and organisational change.
  • Use data insights and people analytics to improve processes such as performance management, probation, onboarding and retention.
  • Introduce and support mediation practices to resolve issues early and reduce formal complaints.

Case Management & Compliance

  • Manage a high volume of complex ER cases including disciplinary matters, grievances, performance management and exits.
  • Provide expert advice to managers and senior stakeholders ensuring alignment with employment legislation, internal policies and best practice.
  • Lead investigations into workplace concerns such as misconduct, harassment or discrimination, producing clear findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and legal teams to manage high-risk cases and mitigate organisational risk.

 Policy, Training & Development

  • Design and deliver manager training sessions on ER topics including conflict resolution, performance management and compliance.
  • Develop and refine ER policies and frameworks to support organisational growth and evolving business needs.
  • Coordinate external learning workshops with employment specialists to strengthen capability within the advisory team.
  • Provide guidance on the people impact of organisational change and help shape supporting policies and processes.

Culture & Engagement

  • Support improvements in culture and engagement through employee listening initiatives and leadership feedback sessions.
  • Conduct and analyse exit interviews, feeding insights into the wider people strategy.
  • Partner with specialist teams on benchmarking, performance reviews and compensation processes.
  • Support annual performance cycles, calibration discussions and leadership capability development.
  • Track and analyse Employee Relations metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

About You

  • Strong background in Employee Relations within a complex, fast-paced organisation
  • Experience supporting large employee populations and senior stakeholders
  • Proven expertise managing complex ER cases and investigations
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and best practice
  • Experience using people data and insights to drive improvements
  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence and build credibility at senior levels.
