HR Officer

International Bank | London | £35,000 + benefits

We’re partnering with a well-established international bank in London to hire an HR Officer to join their growing HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive HR professional looking to broaden their exposure within a regulated financial services environment.

The Role

Reporting into the HR Manager, you’ll provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with internal policy and FCA-regulated standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
Drafting contracts and HR documentation
Supporting payroll and benefits administration
Advising managers on HR policies and procedures
Assisting with employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence)
Maintaining accurate HRIS and personnel records
Supporting recruitment and stakeholder coordination
About You

2–4 years’ HR experience, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment
Strong knowledge of UK employment law
Confident managing HR administration with accuracy and discretion
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to build stakeholder relationships
