HR Manager (6 Month FTC)

A well-regarded investment management firm is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their London office on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This role requires a confident and hands-on HR professional who can operate as a true generalist within a fast-paced, regulated environment. The successful candidate will support the business through a period of change, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver effective HR solutions across organisational design, employee relations and day-to-day HR management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders and managers across the business

• Provide support and guidance on a range of employee relations matters, including complex cases

• Lead and support restructuring and organisational change initiatives

• Help shape and implement HR processes and structures to support the evolving needs of the business

• Manage end-to-end HR lifecycle activities including onboarding, performance management and exits

• Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice within a regulated financial services environment

• Work closely with the wider HR team to ensure consistent delivery of HR policies and processes

• Support broader HR initiatives and projects as required

Key Requirements

• Proven HR generalist experience within financial services or another professional services environment

• Strong experience supporting organisational change and restructuring projects

• Confident working with senior stakeholders and able to operate with credibility and independence

• Ability to lead, structure and implement HR processes in a dynamic environment

• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
