Fidarsi are currently partnering with a high-growth, multi-channel payments platform who are looking to hire a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to support their European operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, PE-backed organisation at a pivotal time in their growth journey. The role will also involve managing a centralised HR team (2 direct reports) based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic HR support to business leaders
• Manage the full employee lifecycle (hire to exit)
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Support performance, talent, and succession planning
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation
• Lead or support HR projects and change initiatives
