The day-to-day
- Own group financial & regulatory reporting, liquidity, FP&A and controls.
- Lead process improvements across ledger, reporting and reg tech platforms.
- Coach and develop a multicultural team spanning Stat Accounts, FP&A, Reg Reporting, Liquidity, A/P, A/R and Payroll.
- Partner with desks and support teams to drive data-led decision making.
About you
- Qualified accountant who’s already run a finance team in financial services (ideally a broker, bank, asset or wealth manager).
- Hands-on track record in statutory reporting and prudential/regulatory returns; IFRS 9 or valuation know-how is a bonus.
- Comfortable in the office four days a week, leading by example.
- Curious, patient, great at listening – you push change through collaboration, not confrontation.
