The day-to-day

  • Own group financial & regulatory reporting, liquidity, FP&A and controls.
  • Lead process improvements across ledger, reporting and reg tech platforms.
  • Coach and develop a multicultural team spanning Stat Accounts, FP&A, Reg Reporting, Liquidity, A/P, A/R and Payroll.
  • Partner with desks and support teams to drive data-led decision making.

About you

  • Qualified accountant who’s already run a finance team in financial services (ideally a broker, bank, asset or wealth manager).
  • Hands-on track record in statutory reporting and prudential/regulatory returns; IFRS 9 or valuation know-how is a bonus.
  • Comfortable in the office four days a week, leading by example.
  • Curious, patient, great at listening – you push change through collaboration, not confrontation.
