Description
Fidarsi are partnering exclusively with a mission-driven renewable energy company who are looking to hire a highly organised, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant (PA) to support their Chief Financial Officer, Chief People Officer, and General Counsel. This is a pivotal role within the organisation, requiring exceptional coordination, confidentiality, and communication skills. You’ll help ensure the smooth and efficient running of their offices and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Provide proactive diary management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination. Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests. Prepare high-quality briefing documents, agendas, reports, and presentations. Track and manage deadlines, actions, and follow-ups. Administrative Coordination: Liaise across departments to coordinate meetings and cross-functional initiatives. Organise internal and external meetings, including Board and committee meetings (as needed). Manage expense reports, invoicing, and basic financial administration. Project Assistance: Support project planning, research, and documentation across Finance, Legal, and People teams. Help coordinate key company initiatives such as audits, compliance milestones, or HR campaigns. Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute integrity and professionalism. Maintain effective document and records management systems.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in a PA/EA role, ideally supporting senior executives. Experience in high-growth companies or within professional services. Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and time management. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, DocuSign). Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently. Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Discretion, integrity, and professionalism are essential.
