Reward Administrator – Wealth Management – Circa £35,000
We’re working with a highly respected Wealth Management firm seeking a detail-oriented Reward Administrator to join their growing HR function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for compensation and benefits to develop their career within a professional and collaborative environment.
The Role
As Reward Administrator, you’ll support the delivery and administration of compensation, benefits, and reward processes across the business. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting annual salary and bonus review processes
Administering employee benefits schemes (pensions, healthcare, etc.)
Maintaining and analysing reward data and producing reports
Assisting with benchmarking and market data analysis
Ensuring reward processes are compliant and accurately documented
Acting as a point of contact for reward-related queries
About You
Previous experience in HR or Reward/Compensation administration
Strong numerical and analytical skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using Excel and HR systems
Excellent communication skills
Experience within Financial Services or Professional Services (desirable)
