The Role
As a People Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to leaders across key business areas. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, helping teams scale effectively while maintaining strong engagement and performance.
You’ll work closely with specialist People teams (Talent, Reward, Learning, Inclusion, etc.) to deliver thoughtful, data-driven solutions that enable business success.
What You’ll Be Doing
Partner with senior leaders to design and deliver people strategies aligned to business priorities Coach and support managers on performance, development, engagement and organisational design Lead on employee lifecycle processes including performance reviews, talent planning and succession Support organisational change initiatives and team effectiveness Use people data and insights to influence decision-making Drive inclusion, wellbeing and high-performance culture initiatives Collaborate with specialist teams to continuously improve people practices
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a People Partner / HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, scaling environment Strong commercial awareness and ability to align people strategy to business outcomes Confident advising and influencing senior stakeholders Solid knowledge of UK employment law and practical HR application Experience supporting organisational design and change Data-literate and comfortable using insights to drive impact A collaborative, proactive and pragmatic mindset
