Fidarsi are currently working on a Chief Operating Officer mandate for a regulated financial services business undergoing material operational and technology transformation.
This is a true SMCR role. Candidates must either:

Have previously held SMF24, or
-
Have held senior regulated responsibilities that would clearly enable them to pass the FCA Fit & Proper test.

Owning the end-to-end operating model in a regulated environment

Oversight of outsourced providers and complex vendor arrangements

Heavy focus on de-risking, automation, and operational simplification

Accountability for AML/KYC, onboarding, client servicing, and investment operations

Board-level exposure and genuine influence over strategy and change
