Description
Fidarsi are partnering with a growing Fintech Bank who are looking to appoint an experienced Reward Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a reward professional who enjoys operating within a fast-paced, evolving environment and is confident partnering with senior stakeholders across the business. The role will support the delivery and development of compensation and reward initiatives across a regulated financial services environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing reward frameworks, supporting annual compensation processes and providing insight-led reward analysis to support strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the annual compensation review cycle including salary reviews, bonuses and benchmarking
- Partner with HR and business leaders on reward-related matters and compensation queries
- Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness across the organisation
- Produce reward reporting, insights and data analysis for senior stakeholders
- Support the development and maintenance of reward frameworks, policies and governance
- Assist with regulatory and remuneration reporting requirements where applicable
- Work closely with HRIS, Finance and People teams to ensure data accuracy and effective reporting
- Support broader people projects relating to reward, retention and organisational change
About You
- Previous experience within a Reward, Compensation & Benefits or Total Reward role
- Financial services or Fintech experience preferred
- Strong analytical and reporting capability with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with reward data
- Experience supporting annual compensation review processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Comfortable operating within a fast-paced and evolving environment
